SGA Food Drive a Huge Success

Posted on Nov 20, 2017 at 12:00 AM

Congratulations to the Student Government Association for a successful Thanksgiving food drive the season. The initial goal was to provide food baskets for 10 families of students, but due to the outpouring of support enough food was donated for 15 families. The baskets were delivered to students in the Atlanta Metro area as well as some students living out-of-state. Enough food was sent to provide a nice Thanksgiving meal as well as several future meals and each basket contained a generous gift card provided by the institution.

Great job Tracie Hunter, SGA President, along with the other members and volunteers.
