Summer 2025

  • April 15: Book vouchers open for use at Akademos.  Students may request a voucher by submitting from their Luther Rice student email addresses the following two pieces of information.  Requests should be emailed to FinancialAid@LutherRice.edu.
    • Student ID
    • Number of summer classes
  • April 28:
    • Recommended date by which to have 2025-2026 FAFSA completed for summer term*
    • Recommended date by which to have Tuition Assistance Program application completed for summer term*
  • May 26: Start of summer term
  • June 2: Book vouchers expire
  • June 13 (estimated): Federal loan and grant refunds processed for students through BankMobile
  • August 4:
    • Recommended date by which to have 2025-2026 FAFSA completed for fall term*
    • Recommended date by which to have Tuition Assistance Program application completed for fall term*
    • Recommended date by which to have the GSFAPP completed at www.gafutures.org for fall Georgia State Aid
  •  August 10: End of summer term

*Students must be accepted into Luther Rice before a financial aid application will be processed.

Fall 2025

  • August 4:
    • Recommended date by which to have 2025-2026 FAFSA completed for fall term*
    • Recommended date by which to have Tuition Assistance Program application completed for fall term*
  • September 1: Start of fall term and fall mini-term I
  • September 8: Book vouchers expire
  • September 19 (estimated): Federal loan and grant refunds processed for students through BankMobile
  • September 22:
    • Recommended date by which to have 2025-2026 FAFSA completed for fall mini-term II*
    • Recommended date by which to have Tuition Assistance Program application completed for fall mini-term II*
  • October 20: Start of fall mini-term II
  • October 26: End of fall mini-term I
  • November 7 (estimated): Federal loan and grant refunds processed through BankMobile for students enrolled solely in fall mini-term II classes
  • December 14: End of fall term
  • December 15:
    • Recommended date by which to have 2025-2026 FAFSA completed for spring term*
    • Recommended date by which to have Tuition Assistance Program application completed for spring term*
