Fall 2017

  • August 7:
    • Recommended date by which to have federal financial aid application completed for fall term*
    • Recommended date by which to have Tuition Assistance Program application completed for fall term*
  • August 7: Book vouchers open. Students may request a voucher to use at Akademos by submitting the following three pieces of information to FinancialAid@LutherRice.edu.
    • Name
    • Student ID
    • Names of fall classes
  • September 4: Start of fall term
  • September 12: Book vouchers expire
  • September 22: Federal loan and grant refunds processed for students through BankMobile
  • September 25:
    • Recommended date by which to have federal financial aid application completed for fall mini-term II*
    • Recommended date by which to have Tuition Assistance Program application completed for fall mini-term II*
  • October 23: Start of fall mini-term II
  • November 10: Federal loan and grant refunds processed through BankMobile for students enrolled solely in mini-term II classes
  • December 18:
    • Recommended date by which to have federal financial aid application completed for spring term*
    • Recommended date by which to have Tuition Assistance Program application completed for spring term*
  • December 18: End of fall term

*Student must be accepted into Luther Rice before a financial aid application will be processed.

Spring 2018

  • December 18:
    • Recommended date by which to have federal financial aid application completed for spring term*
    • Recommended date by which to have Tuition Assistance Program application completed for spring term*

    • Recommended date by which to have Tuition Assistance Program application completed for spring mini-term II*
  • March 5: Start of spring mini-term II
  • March 23: Federal loan and grant refunds processed through BankMobile for students enrolled solely in mini-term II classes
  • April 30:
    • Recommended date by which to have federal financial aid application completed for summer term*
    • Recommended date by which to have Tuition Assistance Program application completed for summer term*
  • April 30: End of spring term

*Student must be accepted into Luther Rice before a financial aid application will be processed.
