Howard brings to the classroom a passion to disciple the nations for this is the crux of the Scriptures from the seed of the woman crushing Satan’s head to the multitude before the Lamb from every tongue, tribe, and nation in the book of Revelation. Howard served 12 years in France as a church planter, in a Francophone mission church in New Orleans (2001-2005), and on short-term in Southern France and North Africa (February 2016), and the Middle East (July 2017).

Howard has taught for Luther Rice College and Seminary since 2012. His classroom experience includes full-time or adjunct, or residential or online positions at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary (2001-2005), Tennessee Temple University (2006-2015), Liberty University (since 2009), and Piedmont International University (since 2015).

Howard earned a B.S. from the Georgia Institute of Technology, an M.Div. from Columbia Biblical Seminary, Columbia International University, and a Th.M. and Ph.D. from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary.

Howard is married to Trudy (35 years). They have three adult children, and one grandson. Howard’s interests are model flying machines, hiking, gardening, and listening to music.
