Bachelor of Arts in Workforce & Ministry Readiness
At Luther Rice College & Seminary, we believe work is worship—and Scripture affirms it. Builders and tradesmen played a vital role in the early Church. Paul was a tentmaker. Peter was a fisherman. Jesus Christ Himself was a carpenter. Working with your hands and working for the Kingdom are not competing callings—they’re complementary ones.
The Bachelor of Arts in Workforce & Ministry Readiness is designed for students who want to develop a technical skillset while receiving strong biblical and ministry training. Through a partnership with the Technical College System of Georgia, students complete a technical certificate or diploma while earning a fully accredited bachelor’s degree from Luther Rice.
This program prepares students to serve faithfully in the marketplace, the church, and their communities—equipping them both professionally and spiritually for a life of influence.
