Master of Arts in Christian Leadership | 100% Online at Luther Rice

An exciting blend of biblical studies and organizational leadership, the Master of Arts in Christian Leadership equips students to become biblically grounded leaders. Students learn to guide people, lead organizations, and interpret and apply God’s Word in a variety of ministry leadership contexts. Through foundational study in Scripture and theology, students connect biblical truth with practical ministry leadership. The program emphasizes essential leadership skills such as strategic planning, leadership development, communication, and conflict resolution. Students are equipped to articulate a biblical philosophy of leadership, integrate a Christian worldview into leadership practice, and pursue biblically based leadership in ministry, nonprofit, church, parachurch, or marketplace settings.
