The program explores key areas such as organizational theory and behavior, organizational research methods, organizational culture, organizational change, leader and follower theories, strategic planning, communication, conflict resolution, and action research. Through the program, students examine the human, cultural, and strategic dimensions of organizational life. They learn to assess organizational needs, understand motivation and teamwork, lead through change, communicate effectively, resolve conflict, and develop strategic responses to real organizational challenges. The program also emphasizes applied leadership practice through research, consulting, and capstone experiences.
